Physical Education classes, varsity practices and matches, and departmental activities have priority at all times.

Users must have a valid WoodPEC membership and an EmoryCard in their possession while on the courts. For guests to be eligible for play, the member must purchase a guest pass. When a member brings a guest, the member purchases a Guest Pass at the Equipment Room, while the guest waits at the entrance and signs a waiver.
