Fall 2009 Fitness Emory Schedule
The fall semester schedule ends on Friday, Dec. 4
No classes: Nov. 25-29 (Thanksgiving)
**As of Nov. 1 the Friday 5pm Power Groove class is cancelled due to extremely low attendance**
Mondays: Cardio Kickbox - 5:00pm (4th); Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Level 2) - 5:30pm (2nd); Stretch, Tone & Abs - 6:05pm (4th); Indoor Cycling I - 6:00pm (IC); Tae Kwon Do - 7:30-9:00pm (2nd); Karate - 7:30-9:15pm (4th)
Tuesdays: Boot Camp - 5:20pm (4th); Indoor Cycling II (odd days)/IV (even days) - 5:30pm (IC); Capoeira - 6:30-8:00pm (4th); Yoga (Level 1) - 6:00pm (2nd); Aikido - 7:30-9:15pm (2nd);
Wednesdays: Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Level 2) - 11:40am (4th); Zumba - 5:00pm (4th); Pilates - 6:05pm (4th); Indoor Cycling III - 6:00pm (IC); Tae Kwon Do - 7:30-9:00pm (2nd); Karate - 7:30-9:15pm (4th);
Thursdays: Boot Camp - 5:20pm (4th); Yoga (Level 1) - 5:30pm (2nd); Capoeira - 6:30-8:00pm (4th); Tai Chi - 6:35pm (2nd); Aikido - 7:40-9:15pm (2nd);
Fridays: Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Level 2) - 11:40am (4th); Karate - 6:00-7:30pm (4th);
Saturdays: Tae Kwon Do - 10:30am-12:00pm (2nd); Hatha Yoga (All Levels) - 11:00am (4th);
Sundays: Aikido - 4:00-6:00pm (2nd)
-A current 2009 Fitness Emory punch card is required to attend classes (except for the martial arts classes, which a flat fee per semester is required)
-Punch cards can be purchased and class fees paid in the Rec. Services office (WoodPEC #208B)
-All classes are held in one of 3 areas in the Woodruff PE Center: 2nd floor Multipurpose Room (2nd floor MPR), the 4th floor Aerobics Room (4th floor AR), or the Indoor Cycling Studio (IC Studio); locations are noted after each class.
-Classes will be 55-60 minutes in duration, unless otherwise noted
-The schedule is subject to change & classes are subject to cancelation without notice.
