-Swimmers are disqualified for a false start and for swimming the wrong stroke, no exceptions.

-Stop watches will be used for timing. Swimmers must touch the wall before watches are stopped.

-Swimmers must stand away from the blocks and off the white tile while waiting for their event. Swimmers on deck (waiting for the next event) must stand or sit in the chair behind the block of their assigned lane. The meet will go fast - swimmers must be ready!

-Relays - After each contestant completes their relay leg, he/she must exit the pool immediately, or be disqualified.
-Swimmers and relay teams must swim in their assigned lane or be disqualified.

-Diving will immediately follow the final swim event. All divers are to sign-in by the diving boards before the last swim event (200yd Freestyle Relay). Each diver gets 2 dives and will be scored by the panel of judges on a scale of 1 to 10. All scores from both dives are added together and the highest total wins. Divers cannot use any props.
