Pre-Registration at Rec. Services (Main Floor, WPEC) required by Wednesday, Sept.3

Play by dates single elimination, open tournament beginning Sept. 6

Each participant is responsible for contacting their opponent to schedule matches before deadlines, additional info. will be provided after brackets have been made

Open to all current Emory students and WPEC members, all skill levels welcome
Tournament Divisions - Women’s Singles, Women’s Doubles, Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Rules & Policies
This is a play-by-date type of tournament - it is each participants responsibility to contact their opponent to schedule a date and time to play before the deadline for each round. Play by dates are on the brackets located on the Rec. Services bulletin board (main floor, WPEC) and online at www.rec.emory.edu under IM Track and then Tennis Tournament. Participants will be emailed the name of their first opponent, after that is up to all participants to check the brackets to find out their next opponent.

after each game it is the winners responsibility to fill out an I. M. Sports Results Form at the Rec. Services office (main floor, WPEC) or email results to rec.services@learnlink.emory.edu. If match results are not reported on a Results Form by Noon on the day after the play by date both players will receive a forfeit and will be dropped from the tournament. Rec. Services will not accept results over the telephone.

A list of all the participant's names, email addresses and telephone numbers will be provided. If you have problems contacting your opponent please notify the Rec. Services office (via email) after the 3rd unsuccessful attempt - before the play by date.

Play all matches best of 3 sets (first player to win 6 games by 2); if tied at 6 games, play a 7 point tiebreaker.

Courts may be reserved through the equipment room (404-727-5614) after 5:15pm for the following day. It is highly recommended to reserve a court.
