From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
To hold a spot in a division you must have a completed roster with
player names and ID # as well as the $20.00 forfeit fee.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 28, 12 noon, 4:00 & 6:30 p.m.
3rd FLOOR WPEC CLASSROOM # 1
CAPTAINS OR A TEAM REPRESENTIVE MUST ATTEND ONE OF THE THREE MEETINGS.
Failure to attend this meeting will result in the loss of your $20 forfeit
fee.
You MUST resubmit your $20 forfeit fee by 6:00 p.m. Mon., OCT. 8th
or be dropped from the league, if you miss the team captains meeting.

SEPT. 26th @ 4:00p.m. WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 27th @ 4:00p.m. & THURSDAY,
SEPT. 28th @ 5:00p.m.

If possible PLEASE STOP by the Rec. Office before the clinic to complete
paperwork needed for you to be put into the system.
People interested in becoming an official Must bring their student
ID and social security card, birth certificate or passport.
